This is a super easy project and it’s the perfect last minute craft gift for Valentine’s Day. You can try and make this with your kids and have some family fun!
You can design your own coloring card, but to save you some time I’ll send you the digital files for printing. All you have to do is subscribe to our Newsletter here or at the bottom of the page and you will get it directly in your email.

You’ll need for this project:

  • Oven safe heart-shaped silicone pan (easy to find at Walmart or on Amazon);
  • Crayons (used or new, any colors, any brand);
  • Pan sheet;
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 200 F (degrees Fahrenheit).
  2. Place silicone pan on top of pan sheet.
  3. Cut/break crayons into smaller pieces to fit the shapes.
  4. Fill all spaces until you think thickness will be as you wish after melting.
  5. Put in the oven and wait for 10-15 minutes (if not completely melted, wait a few more minutes).
  6. Take it out of the oven and wait for it to completely cool down.
  7. Push shaped crayons out of the silicone pan.

It’s a very easy and quick project, and the result is really cute. You can try any shapes and sizes you want. Your kids will love it! The ones I made are Valentine’s trinkets for Alice’s friends at school.

Hope you and your kids have fun doing this! Happy Valentine’s Day!
